Initial site surveys
The more we can understand your load requirements and existing infrastructure, the better we can match them with an optimised solution. Working with you on a site survey will establish expected power demand and load power factor, possible problem areas such as harmonic generation, and the level of redundancy and battery autonomy required. We can also discuss your need for a standby generator and any other ancillary equipment, as well as the expected rate of future growth.
The result is a cost effective system correctly sized for your current needs, with provision for easy expansion as appropriate and profiled to fit your existing power network.
Installation and commissioning
Larger systems (typically over 3kVA) need to be electrically installed, and may also need commissioning.
Our company's trained engineers can install your UPS equipment, together with the standby generator and any other ancillary components needed to integrate seamlessly with your existing power facility.
Alternatively we are happy to provide your appointed electrical contractor with all the assistance required.
Software for auto shutdown and local or remote monitoring is also installed as specified. The installation service includes full operator training for your technical and data processing staff.
We commission UPS and generator systems in accordance with our ISO9001 accredited procedures. All work is fully documented, ensuring that the systems are operating perfectly before handover to our customer.
