UPS PowerWAVE3000/T - More Features and Benefits
Packaging
The PowerWAVE3000/T is available in a choice of three cabinet sizes: A, B or C. These small footprint free standing cabinets obviate the need for any third party enclosures. The choice of cabinet is mainly dictated by the battery autonomy required. Customised UPS or battery frames are available for OEM projects demanding particularly large battery autonomies.
Battery autonomy and management
PowerWAVE3000/T offers extensive battery options and autonomy from a small footprint. This is supported by advanced battery management features.
- Battery charger ripple of <1%, maximising battery life
- Automatic and adjustable period battery testing for detection of problems before they cause failures
- Standard battery autonomy choices to 3 hours without using external battery cabinets
- Longer autonomy times are available using external batteries
Flexible power for midsize loads
The PowerWAVE3000/T is available in a range of power ratings, and provides protection from disruptive power conditions while minimising operating costs
- Wide input voltage window (-40% for loads less than 60%) for high availability with minimum battery usage
- Wide input frequency window (35 to 70Hz) for high availability with minimum battery usage
- Static output voltage regulation <1%
- Power factor to 0.98 and input current Total Harmonic Distortion to <10% reducing operating costs
- Overload capacity of 150% for 1 minute or 125% for 10 minutes
Comprehensive control options - Local and remote communications
PowerWAVE3000/T has features and options for both local and remote control and monitoring, allowing easy UPS management as part of an enterprise wide strategy.
